Itās the first time Iāve been to Gosford European, will be going all... read more the time from now on. The engine only had 140,000 kās on it when it literally blew up. Canāt say whether or not it was another mechanicās fault but now it is better than new. I asked Franck to remap the engine while they were at it - the performance is astounding to say the least. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

I've... read more always found Frank and his team to be totally straight - no BS - fair prices for great work. Often, in my experience, poor reviews are a result of the customer misunderstanding the complexities of what has been requested, and not comparing apples with apples as, you see, Frank won't cut corners and do cheap and nasty repairs when he knows it will cause pain down the track. You know the story -you buy cheap - you'll buy twice. IMHO you can trust Gosford European.

After being messed around for 7 weeks before xmas whilst the inept local dealership misdiagnosed a minor problem and... read more made it a big 1. I needed a reliable opinion when my car developed problems relating to the previous repairs, within minutes you diagnosed and showed me where the engine had dropped from the engine mount due to previous incorrect procedures. You then went to the trouble of rectifying and fixing the problem that afternoon. Your invoice and evidence was accepted by the dealership and your time and effort refunded. This is a complex European... read more car and only needs the best specialist in the knowledge, skills and experience to work on. I generally service my car myself but needed an expert specialist to do this big job. Franck and his team proved that. My Picasso now has amazingly more power and drives superbly smoother bringing back the joy and experience of driving it new. Now, I know who I can trust to take my car in for services. Franck and his team were professional all along, from the very first phone call I gave them, the honesty and transparency in the quote, which I must say was surprisingly cheaper than most other quotes. They even replaced my A/C auxiliary belt for free. I can fully recommend Gosford European Car Services for any service for your car. Thank you again Franck, now I feel safe driving on the roads again knowing that my little piece of France (call it nostalgia š)is well taken of. Great job! š©š©š©

I've migrated from a Peugeot (yes, I know Franck, should have bought a Renault!) to a Volvo S60, which I'm happy to leave in his capable hands. We are from Newcastle and drove all the way to West Gosford to have all the work completed by them and bring the car back to its original state, as it was when new. My father took the car to many mechanics around Newcastle, had the work done that he had requested and paid for and ended up with more mechanical problems. Through sheer frustration he was seriously thinking about trading it in to purchase a new Alfa Romeo. It was only that I looked on the internet and found Gosford European Car Service, I read the reviews on their website and I was most impressed with the five star rated comments. I rang and spoke to Frank who was a thorough gentleman, helpful and understanding about the sentimental value of my fatherās Alfa, when I explained the situation to him about what had happened in the previous years with the incompetence of the mechanics that he had dealt with, who had āpromised him the worldā and done nothing but leaving him very disappointed, frustrated and out of pocket. Frank and all your specialised team of mechanics, on behalf of my father and myself, it is an absolute pleasure to have met you all, which weāll highly recommend in conversation wherever we go. Itās a credit to you in executing every job, with a brilliant outcome, and keeping your customers happy and satisfied. Thank you so much for all your hard work and expertise, for making my fatherās dream come true and keeping the dream alive, see you all in the near future for our next service. Great communication when notifying us of potential cost before starting work on our car; helpful and friendly; good turn around time... read more in completing work. We took our Peugeot diesel car to Matt who was thorough, knowledgeable & helpful. Matt kept the part which was replaced to carefully explain the fault to us when we collected our car. We did have to return to have an air hose reattached due to a faulty clamp but this was done with no fuss, immediate attention & complete care. Very pleased and would recommend this mechanic. Thank you!!

Through sheer frustration he was seriously thinking about trading it in to purchase a new Alfa Romeo. It was only that I looked on the internet and found Gosford European Car Service, I read the reviews on their website and I was most impressed with the five star rated comments. I rang and spoke to Frank who was a thorough gentleman, helpful and understanding about the sentimental value of my fatherās Alfa, when I explained the situation to him about what had happened in the previous years with the incompetence of the mechanics that he had dealt with, who had āpromised him the worldā and done nothing but leaving him very disappointed, frustrated and out of pocket.
